Margarita Cocktail

How to make the above cocktail, you will need the following ingredients/equipment:

Tequila

Triple Sec

Lime Juice

Sours Mix (this can be made from a couple of squeezed limes and a little water) or bought over the internet.

Margarita Glass (or similar from cupboard)

Ice Cubes (these can be crushed, using a tee towel and a rolling pin)

Salt

Lime

2 x sip straws

Cocktail Shaker/Glass

Drink Strainer

This is a very short, but very enjoyable cocktail, and easy to drink. It is also fairly easy to make.

Poul equal measures (one shot of each) of Tequila, Triple Sec and Lime Juice into the bottom of the cocktail shaker, with (about a third of the way up inside the cocktail shaker) the pre-mixed sours. Then shake the cocktail roughly 10/15 times over your shoulder. Rim the edge of the Margarita glass with salt, then strain the cocktail, as you pour it from the shaker into the glass, over the crushed ice cubes, Finally garnish with  alime wheel. Relax and enjoy!

Black Russian

How to make the above cocktail, you will need the following ingredients/equipment:

Tia Maria

Vodka

Topped with cola.

High Ball Glases (or similar from your cupboard)

Ice Cubes

Lemon

Cocktail Shaker/Glass

This is a short, enjoyable cocktail, and easy to drink. It is also very easy to mke!

Pour equal measures (one shot of each), of Tia Maria, Vodka and coke cola (as the mixer drink) into the glass, having put the ice cubes into the glass first. With this type of cocktail it is not necessary to shake it in the cocktail shaker first. However, I have left this equipment in the list, if you would rather mix this cocktail in the cocktail shaker. Finally garnish with a slice of lemon in the drink. Relax and enjoy! A variation of this cocktail is instead of using Tia Maria, you can use Kahula instead. Another variation, is a cocktail called ‘White Russian’, instead of putting Coke Cola as the mixer, milk canbe used instead.
